We are looking for a professional and friendly Showroom Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The successful candidate will ensure a welcoming showroom environment while providing efficient administrative and front-desk support to staff and customers.
Key responsibilities include receiving and assisting showroom guests, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, and supporting showroom events and daily operations. The role also involves maintaining organized records and documentation, handling general administrative duties, and working with different departments to ensure smooth showroom operations.
Candidates should have at least 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a professional customer-facing environment. Computer literacy is essential, with experience in Google Workspace and Odoo considered an advantage.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be fluent in English, and hold a minimum Grade 12 qualification. A qualification in Office Management, Administration, or Secretarial Studies will be an added advantage.
