Marketing Officer [Intermediate Level]

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to support and execute the company’s marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. The role involves managing social media platforms, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all platforms. The successful candidate will conduct market research, monitor campaign performance, and work closely with sales teams and external partners to drive lead generation and customer growth.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field, with 3–5 years of marketing experience and verifiable references. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, campaign coordination, and marketing tools is required, along with proficiency in Google Workspace and Odoo. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills are essential. A valid driver’s license is required. 🚀


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Manage social media platforms and content calendars
  • Coordinate branding, promotional materials, and events
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysisNegotiate and contract
  • Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
  • Liaise with sales and external vendors to ensure campaign alignment
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications and platforms

Must Have

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing role with traceable references
  • Strong Social media presence with a proven record of work done.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, email marketing, basic SEO)
  • Experience with content creation and campaign coordination
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Odoo system.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with marketing tools and applications.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • A driver's license is essential
